The Ruach Center: A Kingdom Fellowship was founded by Apostle Coleen S. Ray, an author, apostolic leader, and visionary committed to helping people rediscover their identity, heal from life’s battles, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
After decades of ministry leadership, community service, and personal seasons of profound loss, healing, and restoration, Apostle Ray answered the call to create a space where believers could experience both spiritual renewal and practical equipping. The Ruach Center was born from that vision — a place where faith, leadership, and community come together.
With a heart for both spiritual formation and community impact, Apostle Ray has dedicated her life to mentoring leaders, empowering individuals through teaching and publishing, and serving communities through outreach initiatives such as Bags of Hope Foundation.
Today, The Ruach Center stands as a growing apostolic hub where destinies are revived, identities are restored, and leaders are released to advance the Kingdom of God.
